ILOILO CITY — The local Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) station here on Sunday, November 9, suspended all sea trips in and out of the city and province of Iloilo due to Typhoon Uwan (international name: Fung-Wong), except those to and from the nearby island province of Guimaras, with certain limitations.
