SAN ANTONIO, ZAMBALES, Philippines — A coastal road in Dipaculao town in Aurora province was rendered impassable on Sunday, November 9, as strong waves are currently being experienced in the area due to storm surge brought by Super Typhoon Uwan (international name: Fung-wong).
