MANILA, Philippines — The Independent Commission for Infrastructure (ICI) suspended work on Monday, Nov. 10 due to the effects of Super Typhoon Uwan (international name: Fung-wong). “In view of the forecasted inclement weather brought about by Typhoon Uwan, and for the safety of ICI personnel, work at the [ICI] is suspended on November 10, 2025,” the commission said on Sunday in an advisory.
