31 major roads impassable due to Typhoon Uwan — DPWH

MANILA, Philippines — The strong winds and heavy rainfall brought by Typhoon Uwan have left portions of 31 national roads across different regions impassable, while eight others have limited access, the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) said on Monday morning.
