Over 7,000 passengers still stranded in ports nationwide — PCG

MANILA, Philippines – Due to the effects of Typhoon Uwan (international name: Fung-Wong), 7,213 passengers, truck drivers, and cargo staff remain stranded on Monday morning across 156 ports in 10 regions, according to the Philippine Coast Guard (PCG).
