MANILA, Philippines — Leyte 1st District Rep. Ferdinand Martin Romualdez and the Tingog party-list have sent aid to Catbalogan City in Samar, which was severely hit by two successive cyclones—Typhoon Tino and Super Typhoon Uwan. In a statement on Monday, Romualdez said 3,000 individuals currently sheltering at the Samar National High School received food packs and other essential items from his office and the Tingog party-list.
