Typhoon Uwan exits PAR; Signal No. 2 in 10 areas

MANILA, Philippines – Typhoon Uwan (international name: Fung-Wong) exited the Philippine area of responsibility (PAR) early Tuesday morning, but will still affect parts of the country, with Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal no. 2 up over ten areas in Northern Luzon, the state weather bureau said.
