Uwan leaves homes damaged in CamSur; zero casualties recorded

BATO, Camarines Sur — Many residents in Camarines Sur lost their homes after Super Typhoon Uwan (international name: Fung-wong) lashed the province as local officials reported zero casualties following massive preemptive evacuations.
