MANILA, PHILIPPINES— The Senate launched on Tuesday a redesigned and upgraded website featuring  a section dedicated to budget transparency. Senate President Vicente Sotto III, who led the launching ceremony, said that the new website would make public information easier to access. “The website was redesigned with a cleaner, modern, and user-friendly interface to make information easier to find, access, and understand.
