LEGAZPI CITY — The Office of Civil Defense (OCD) Bicol has so far recorded one death and five injuries during the onslaught of Super Typhoon Uwan. Gremil Alexis Naz, spokesperson for OCD Bicol, said most of the injured victims had minor wounds due to the damaged facilities and debris carried by the strong winds in Camarines Norte. At the same time, the 50-year-old man died of drowning in Viga town in Catanduanes.
