MANILA, Philippines — A man was arrested in Cavite for allegedly defrauding a businessman of P20 million in cash supposedly in exchange for casino chips worth $400,000 (roughly P23.6 million), the Southern Police District (SPD) said on Tuesday. In a statement, the SPD said police tracked down the cash to a 58-year-old man identified as “Bobby” at an eatery in Sampaloc IV, Dasmariñas City, Cavite, last Monday.
