On November 5, 2025, the municipality of Sta. Catalina, Ilocos Sur, received 18 handheld radios from the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) as part of the agency’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). The donation was personally handed over by Andrew Limjoco, Officer-in-Charge, Department Manager of the Corporate Planning Department, to Christian Rapanut, representative of Mayor Eugene Rapanut.
