On November 5, 2025, the municipality of Sta. Catalina, Ilocos Sur, received 18 handheld radios from the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) as part of the agency’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). The donation was personally handed over by Andrew Limjoco, Officer-in-Charge, Department Manager of the Corporate Planning Department, to Christian Rapanut, representative of Mayor Eugene Rapanut. The handheld radios will be used to strengthen communication and coordination during local operations, a concrete step by PCSO toward faster service delivery and stronger community connections.
