PHILADELPHIA — Tyrese Maxey scored 21 points and Kelly Oubre Jr. scored the go-ahead basket on a follow with 8.7 seconds left to lead the Philadelphia 76ers to a 102-100 win over the Boston Celtics on Tuesday night.
