Uwan ruins 25,000 homes in Catanduanes, causes P3.7-B loss in Albay

LEGAZPI CITY — Super Typhoon “Uwan” (international name: Fung-wong) left a trail of destruction across the Bicol region, toppling homes, power and communication lines, and damaging agriculture and infrastructure. In Catanduanes province, Gov.
