House forms group to consolidate bills vs road rage

MANILA, Philippines — The House of Representatives has formed a technical working group (TWG) to consolidate bills addressing road rage, as transport safety advocates urge the passage of a long-overdue measure to protect motorists and commuters. During the House Committee on Transportation hearing on Wednesday, 1-Rider party-list Rep. Ramon Rodrigo Gutierrez moved to consolidate House Bill (HB) No. 668 authored by Rizal 2nd District Rep.
