RODRIGUEZ, Rizal—June Mar Fajardo has put the first of his record nine PBA Most Valuable Player (MVP) trophies up for auction to help aid the victims of Typhoon Tino in his home province of Cebu. Fajardo bared the noble gesture during halftime of the Beermen’s 158-117 rout of the Titan Ultra Giant Risers at Ynares Center II here on Wednesday, with the proceeds going to the Alagang Kapatid Foundation of the league’s broadcast partner TV5.
