Footage shows the The Federal Court of Justice in the southern town of Karlsruhe. A judge at the court issued an arrest warrant for 49-year-old Serhiy Kuznetsov and ordered him to be held in custody. Italy's top court approved his extradition to Germany last week. 49-year-old Serhiy Kuznetsov is one of the suspects in the case of the Nord Stream blasts in September 2022 with German prosecutors accusing him of sabotage. He was arrested in Italy in August under a European arrest warrent issued by Berlin."
