"Hundreds of Flamengo fans rallied in support of the Rubro-Negro in Lima on Friday, as they prepare to take on fellow Brazilian side Palmeiras in the Copa Libertadores final on Saturday. Footage shows supporters gathering at Maria Reiche Park, chanting and celebrating enthusiastically while drenching the area in red and black with club jerseys, creating a vibrant, festive atmosphere. The club's president, Luiz Eduardo Baptista, can also be seen arriving at the rally and taking pictures with the supporters. "You can't compare Brazil with the other countries in America. We are the powerhouse. That's why we're repeating the final once again," a fan shared. "Flamengo is my life and a passion. I'm very happy to be here with my friends and to live this very happy moment," he continued. Flamengo will take on Palmeiras on Saturday, 16:00 local time (21:00 GMT) at the Estadio Monumental, aiming to win the club's fourth Copa Libertadores title. The 'Mengao' have previously won the trophy three times in 1981, 2019, and 2022."
