In June 2025, Apple added a $350 million campus to its growing list of Bay Area properties, with a Cupertino office complex worth $160 million following only days later. Now, Apple has acquired yet another piece of real estate, and this time it's two office buildings worth an impressive $216 million. As the publication SiliconValley.com points out , the buildings in question are on Stevens Creek Boulevard in Cupertino, the city that also famously houses Apple Park .
