MANILA, Philippines — President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. will sign the 2026 General Appropriations Act (GAA) in the first week of January, said Executive Secretary Ralph Recto on Wednesday. Recto said this in response to queries on when Marcos plans to sign the General Appropriations Bill (GAB) into law once it has been ratified by Congress.
