PUTRAJAYA, Dec 24 (Bernama) -- Malaysia's non-citizen population is projected to reach 3.38 million in 2025, with an annual growth rate declining to - 0.5 per cent compared to 2024, according to the Department of Statistics Malaysia (DOSM).
