MANILA, Philippines — A new set of documents supposedly under the late Public Works Undersecretary Maria Catalina Cabral’s possession before has been released by Batangas Rep. Leandro Legarda Leviste — this time containing the summary of allocation per district, province, and region from 2023 to 2026.
