MANILA, Philippines — Some areas of the North Luzon Expressway (NLEx) saw a heavy volume of traffic on Saturday afternoon, according to the NLEx Corporation. In a traffic update issued as of 4:15 p.m., vehicles were running at approximately 10 to 20 kilometers per hour (kph) after Balintawak Toll Plaza to NLEx Harbor Link Interchange (northbound).  Vehicles running at approximately 20 to 30 kph were also observed at Balagtas to Bocaue Interchange southbound, where counterflow is open from Taal Bridge to before Bocaue Toll Plaza.
