MANILA, Philippines — Two Chinese men were arrested in Parañaque City for allegedly threatening their compatriot at gunpoint over an allegedly unpaid debt, the Southern Police District (SPD) said Sunday. The suspects — identified as “Haoxin,” 38, and “France,” 37 — were arrested late Saturday night in the victim’s condominium in Barangay Don Galo, the SPD said in a statement.
