MANILA, Dec 28 (Bernama-PNA)  -- The Philippine National Police (PNP) will implement new protocols on handling social media (socmed) evidence in criminal cases following the Supreme Court’s issuance of guideposts on proving ownership or control of online accounts, the Philippine News Agency (PNA) reported.
