"Rescue teams rushed to the scene in northeastern Thailand's Nakhon Ratchasima on Wednesday after a construction crane collapsed onto a passing passenger train, derailing carriages and killing several people. Footage from the scene in Sikhiu District shows the destroyed train, as emergency crews use heavy machinery to lift the wreckage and search for victims. The train was reportedly travelling from Bangkok to Ubon Ratchathani when it collided with a construction crane, causing several carriages to derail. At least 31 people were killed and between 64 to 80 others injured, some critically, according to local authorities. An estimated three to five people remain unaccounted for. Rescue operations are ongoing, as first responders continue working to free passengers trapped inside the wrecked carriages."
