Mohammed Jibrael Mukhtar, 18, was believed to be the driver of the Seat Leon that collided with a taxi in Bolton on Sunday. He died alongside friends Farhan Patel, 18, and Mohammed Danyaal, 19. Taxi driver Masrob Ali, 54, also died
