LUCENA CITY — The Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) has suspended sea travel for small vessels in Lamon Bay, Quezon province, due to rough sea conditions. In an advisory issued Monday morning, Feb. 9, the PCG station said the suspension was based on the 5 a.m. weather forecast from the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Administration (Pagasa).
