CALAPAN CITY, Oriental Mindoro — A portion of the Strong Republic Nautical Highway in Barangay Curva, Naujan, extending to Mabini in the town of Victoria, became impassable to light vehicles as of 10:55 a.m. on Monday, February 9, due to rising water levels.
