MANILA, Philippines — The alleged gunman and two more suspects in the killing of Drug Enforcement Group (DEG) officer Staff Sgt. Renato Casauay Jr. tested negative for drugs, according to a chemistry report from the Bulacan Provincial Police Office Forensic Unit.
