MANILA, Philippines — The former commander and 11 officers of the Police Regional Office Bangsamoro Mobile Force Battalion B (PRO BAR MFB 14B) are facing criminal complaints for the alleged hazing of over 100 recruits in Basilan, the Philippine National Police (PNP) said.
