Heavy rainfall warning up in many parts of Visayas due to shear line

MANILA, Philippines — A heavy rainfall warning has been issued in several parts of Visayas due to a prevailing shear line, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said Tuesday.
