DAGUPAN CITY — Five-time House Speaker Jose de Venecia Jr. passed away on Tuesday. Pangasinan 4th District Representative Gina de Venecia announced her husband’s passing in a social media post on Tuesday.  “Everyone is still in shock,” said a close aide of the former political leader, one of Dagupan’s beloved sons.
