MANILA, Philippines — A construction worker discovered a corroded vintage bomb at a site inside the University of the Philippines (UP) Diliman campus on Tuesday, according to a police report from the Quezon City Police District (QCPD). This came a week after another worker similarly found another vintage bomb at the same area.
