MANILA, Philippines — The House of Representatives has adopted the recommendations of the committee on justice to dismiss the two impeachment complaints against President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr., with 284 lawmakers voting in favor of adopting the panel’s report. During the House’s session on Tuesday, panel chairperson and Batangas Rep. Gerville Luistro read the committee report as contained in House Resolution No. 746, which was approved by the committee on Monday.
