CEBU CITY, Philippines- The Land Transportation Office (LTO)-7 has issued a Show Cause Order and imposed a 90-day preventive suspension on the driver’s license of a 21-year-old motorist involved in a fatal hit-and-run incident that claimed the life of a young businessman on February 8, 2026.
