LTO suspends license of SUV driver over unsignaled stop

MANILA, Philippines — The Land Transportation Office (LTO) has imposed a 90-day preventive suspension against the license of the driver of a sports utility vehicle (SUV) for allegedly making an unsignaled stop on a public road.
