MANILA, Philippines — The Philippine National Police (PNP) on Tuesday said it will investigate a security agency after two of its guards allegedly engaged in a fistfight with a 17-year-old boy in Intramuros, Manila. “The Supervisory Office for Security and Investigation Agencies (SOSIA) [was directed] to lead a parallel audit of the security firm involved to verify the validity of the agency’s License to Operate and the individual licenses of the personnel involved,” the PNP said in a statement.
