Cynthia Villar explains side on viral altercation with HOA

MANILA, Philippines — Cynthia Villar’s camp on Tuesday explained the former senator’s side of the now-viral altercation with her subdivision’s homeowners association, whom they accused of illegally installing a “No U-Turn” sign and bollards in front of her property without prior notice or proper authorization. In a statement posted on her official Facebook account, Villar’s camp explained that the incident occurred after the sign and bollards were installed on the former senator’s house upon the alleged order of officers of the BF Resort Village Homeowners Association.
