MANILA, Philippines — A wholly-owned unit of Lucio Tan-led MacroAsia Corp. has secured a long-term lease at the Mactan-Cebu International Airport (MCIA), strengthening the group’s footprint in aviation-related services. In a disclosure on Tuesday, MacroAsia said MacroAsia Properties Development Corp. (MAPDC) had signed a contract of lease with the Mactan-Cebu International Airport Authority (MCIAA) on Feb. 9 covering a 26,297-square-meter parcel of land located at the MCIA cargo area.
