MANILA, Philippines — Only the Rolls Royce Cullinan of the contractor couple Cezarah “Sarah” and Pacifico “Curlee” Discaya out of 10 seized luxury cars up for auction by the Bureau of Customs on Wednesday was successfully sold. This is the third time the luxury vehicle was subject to auction after two failed biddings.
