MANILA, Philippines — Criminal complaints have been filed against 54 officers of the Police Regional Office Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (PRO BARMM) over the alleged hazing of more than 100 recruits in Basilan, the Philippine National Police (PNP) said Wednesday. Cases were initially filed against five officers last Monday.
