PUTRAJAYA, Feb 11 (Bernama) -- All higher education institutions must establish and strengthen strategic partnerships with industry players to ensure the higher education ecosystem remains relevant and aligned with national development needs, Higher Education Minister Datuk Seri Dr Zambry Abdul Kadir said.
