MANILA, Philippines — Meta, the parent company of  Facebook, earned the ire of Sen. Raffy Tulfo  on Wednesday for its alleged failure to immediately take down a deepfake post against President Ferdinand  “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. and  other fake news on its platform.
