MANILA, Philippines — Batangas Rep. Leandro Legarda Leviste did not directly answer whether he was the source of information about supposed text messages between President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. and former Undersecretary Adrian Bersamin regarding the alleged kickbacks from infrastructure projects.
