MANILA, Philippines — Philippine National Police (PNP) Chief Gen. Jose Melencio Nartatez Jr. on Wednesday said the law enforcement agency will crack down on the online selling of babies amid a recent “alarming” rise in cases. “This is an alarming modus that needs to be stopped at once for it degrades the sanctity of human life.
