VINCENZO SAGUN, Zamboanga del Sur — The Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) broke ground on Wednesday, Feb. 11, for the construction of a Marine Scientific Research Station (MSRS) here. Costing some P42 million, the MSRS here will be the 10th such facility in the country, and is set to serve as a hub for coastal and marine studies in the Sulu-Celebes Sea.
