Just in time for Valentine’s Day weekend, the Movie and Television Review and Classification Board (MTRCB) cleared “The Loved One,” “Wuthering Heights” and four other films premiering in the month of love. The Anne Curtis and Jericho Rosales-led romance film was labeled R-13, MTRCB said in a press release. This means that children below 13 years of age are strongly prohibited from watching the film without parental supervision.
