PAGADIAN CITY, Zamboanga del Sur – Survivors of the sinking of M/V Trisha Kerstin 3 welcomed the government’s recent actions in the wake of an investigation of the incident last Jan. 26 that left at least 52 people dead. On Wednesday, acting Transportation Secretary Giovanni Lopez announced the relief from their posts of several personnel of the Philippine Coast Guard and Maritime Industry Authority in Zamboanga City due to the tragedy.
