Calapan bishop issues new rules for clergy conduct, code for safeguards

CALAPAN CITY, ORIENTAL MINDORO — Marking the 75th anniversary of the Apostolic Vicariate of Calapan (AVC), Bishop Moises M. Cuevas on Tuesday promulgated two key ecclesiastical codes aimed at strengthening accountability and safeguarding within the local Church.
